Rent is due on the first of the month, and a late fee in the amount of 5% of the total Rental/Lease Agreement obligation and an NSF/returned fee of $35.00 (where applicable) is due and payable if rent is paid after the due date. If you are in doubt about what amount is due please contact your Community Manager who can provide you with the information.
Rent is not collected in the Community Management office.
